Elimination of Property Tax Exemption for Seniors

On June 4, 2009 Senate Bill 09-276 eliminates the Senior Property Tax Exemption for one year.  This means your January 2010 property tax bill will be for the full amount with no exempiton applied.  

Disabled Veterans Property Tax Exemption is not effected by this bill.
