MEDIA-ON-DEMAND FEATURE NOW IN USE

The Board of County Commissioners' Hearings are now being video recorded,
so if you missed a meeting, you can view it via our Web site.
These videos can be found on our Media-on-Demand page, where you will also
find the hearing agendas, minutes, resolutions and other supplementary documents organized by the date of each hearing.

To find this information, simply go to our Media-on-Demand page, scroll down
and select the appropriate link from the “Archived Events” section.

• To view the video of a meeting, select the “Video” link
  for the appropriate date.
• The agendas, minutes,resolutions and other supplemental
  documentation for each meeting are now housed
  in the “Documents” drop down menu.
• The minutes and resolutions are posted once
  approved at the BCC hearing the following week.

At the top of the Media-on-Demand page, there is a link that takes you
to our Viewing Instructions page, which contains important details
on how you can best view the information, such as:

• turning off your pop-up blocker to view the supplemental documentation;
• how to view minutes and audio created before this system was in place;
• how to purchase BCC minutes;
• and using the Public Meeting Calendar to find
  other public meetings and upcoming events.
