If you are a US citizen covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), you may obtain a Voter Registration Form and Mail-In Ballot by completing a Federal Post Card Application (pdf). Any UOCAVA elector may apply for and vote a Mail-In Ballot by facsimile in the State of Colorado. Please note that by voting in this manner, the UOCAVA elector voluntarily waives his/her right to a secret ballot.
