Military & Overseas Voter Information

If you are a US citizen covered by the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), you may obtain a Voter Registration Form and Mail-In Ballot by completing a Federal Post Card Application (pdf).  To learn more please visit the Federal Voting Assistance Program at http://www.fvap.gov/.

Any UOCAVA elector may apply for and vote a Mail-In Ballot by facsimile in the State of Colorado.  Please note that by voting in this manner, the UOCAVA elector voluntarily waives his/her right to a secret ballot.  To learn more please visit the Colorado Secretary of State at http://www.elections.colorado.gov/DDefault.aspx?tid=422
