PERMANENT MAIL-IN BALLOT INFORMATION |
Any eligible elector may apply for permanent mail-in ballot status. This status will allow you to automatically receive a mail-in ballot for each applicable election. The application must be made in writing or by fax. To obtain an application, please click on the ?Permanent Mail-In Ballot? link below. Fill out the form completely, including the check box for ?Add my name to the list? for permanent mail-in ballot.
