scott cortelyou Radio personality Scott Eller Cortelyou, age 53, has been arrested for suspected Internet Sexual Exploitation of a Child on a warrant filed Wednesday by District Attorney investigators in Jefferson County.

Cortelyou was arrested at his Conifer home Wednesday afternoon following an investigation into an Internet "chat" conversation with an undercover police officer that is alleged to have occurred in August 2006. According to court documents, Cortelyou engaged in more than one sexually graphic Internet conversation with a person he believed to be an underage child. This matter is alleged to have occurred in a different jurisdiction and before the incident that prompted his arrest by Fort Collins investigators January 23.

Cortelyou is being held without bond pending a court appearance in Jefferson County on Thursday morning.
