Mulch Giveaway to Road & Bridge

County Suspends Mulch Giveaway

Jefferson County has suspended its mulch giveaway program at the South Shop until further notice.

In the past, the Road & Bridge Department has offered free mulch to people on a first-come, first-served basis at the South Shop at 9509 West Ute Avenue.
