Jefferson County Proposed Regulation Changes
The Jefferson County Planning and Zoning Division is proposing revisions to the Land Development Regulations, the Zoning Resolution, and the Policies and Procedures. See our Regulation Revision Page.

The Planning Commission approved the Comprehensive Master Plan on January 27, 2010.
